Onsite Program Manager 

Location : Doral, Florida 
Clearance: TS/SCI

Job Responsibilities 

  • Provide management, supervision, administration, technical expertise, and documentation to include personnel, equipment, tools, processes, procedures, and training required to manage and execute the deliverables within the cost, schedule, and performance requirements. 

  • Exchange all relevant data and information and participate in various meetings.

  • Establish and maintain a formal management organization diagram of all personnel.

  • Attend staff and planning meetings, working groups, and charrettes necessary to execute tasks.

  • Provide proactive identification and recommendation of solutions to problems relevant to any transition, operational, and integration of security support functions.

  • Provide security-related customer service and assistance to employees, visitors, and liaisons.

  •  Assist with access control to the HQ installation buildings to allow mass ingress/egress to include, but not limited to emergency evacuations, drills, and other events as directed. 

  • Assist with conducting security walkthroughs and inspections to ensure compliance of security policies and procedures to prevent security incidents and unauthorized disclosure of classified and controlled unclassified information.

  • Assist with submitting topics and information to support a multi-faceted Security, Education, Awareness and Training (SETA) program.

  • Provide assistance drafting, reviewing, and updating security policies, procedures, and other guidance based on Commanders and DoD directives to ensure relevancy, assurance, and thoroughness in meeting existing or evolving security mission requirements.   

Job Requirements 

  • Must possess a current DoD Top Secret (TS) Clearance (Interim acceptable) based upon a Tier 5 Investigation adjudicated within the past five (5) years with a determination of eligibility access for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).

  • Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.

  • Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Program Management, preferable in the area of Security Operations.

  • Must have experience maintaining Security SharePoint sites.

  • Must have five (5) years of experience conducting Security Staff Assistance Visits (SAV) and Security Assessments.

  • Preferably have a current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. 

  • Must have direct knowledge and application of FEA and the DoD EAF (e.g., SIPR, NIPR, and JWICS networks ), RMT, AMHS, and the Information Technology (IT)| Cybersecurity rules and regulatory authorities to develop and implement policies and planning concepts, and project management methods.

  • Must have direct knowledge and application of DoD governing laws, regulations, precedentants, and directives supporting security programs (e.g. information, personnel, physical, industrial) and operational, procedural, and technical standards that achieve interoperability with other non-DoD Federal Government Agencies.

  • Must proficient using basic Microsoft Office software applications to include SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

  • Must have experience with Government contract project scheduling, tracking, analyzing risk, evaluating project performance, and conducting process improvement. 

  • Must have experience establishing processes and assigning appropriate resources to effectively fulfill contract performance requirements. 

  • Must be able to travel outside the continental United States for the purpose of conducting Security Staff Assistance Visits(SAV) and security assessments.
